My Design Process
I value the collaborative process when designing solutions that are focused on learners and the desired results for the stakeholders. My career journey has been focused on learner outcomes, and as an Instructional Designer, I employ the ADDIE and SAM models to apply adult learning theory to interactive eLearning solutions that meet organizational goals.
My Experience
With the recently completion of my Instructional Design certification through AIDA (Applied Instructional Design Academy), I am proficient in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, as well as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Canva. My understanding of adult learning theory paired with my various leadership roles have developed my ability to find interactive and engaging solutions to various problems experienced by both learners and stakeholders in both physical and virtual settings.Â
